🌿The resurrection of Reconnecting with Nature & the Self workshop from my days living in Florida is now happening in NJ with the new name Being in Nature!

In this integrative workshop, we will learn about nature reconnection and ecopsychology through understanding our human impact on nature and how much we have disconnected ourselves from it.

This workshop is an integration of meditation, journaling, group discussion, and interacting with nature in a new way that invites mindfulness and consent.

While in college in FL, I was trained by an ecopsychologist in this method so that I could be a nature reconnect facilitator for an event we held on Earth Day many years ago. The training in the woods changed my life and I was able to connect with nature and see life as I have never before.
