The quartz crystal bowls are attuned to each of the seven chakras to bring alignment and balance to the body’s energetic field. Breathwork

Breathwork, also known as Pranayama, allows us to reclaim our breath. When we bring our awareness to the breath, the mind quiets and the body relaxes. As we watch the breath, we return to the present moment and let go of unnecessary stress. Breathwork is a beautiful and healing practice that regulates the nervous system, bringing with it clarity of mind and focus.

Cacao Ceremony

Cacao is a gentle & sacred form of plant medicine made from cacao beans. These beans are grown in Peru and then are roasted and ground into fine pure chocolate powder. This powder is mixed with hot water to be enjoyed and shared in a ceremonial setting. Due to its heart-opening properties, the cacao ceremony is a sacred space for deep healing. As clarity arises in the mind, creative solutions are channeled. Emotions that were once stuck or heavy begin to move and fall away, leaving the body’s energy feeling light and pure.

Cacao is a safe and natural medicine that invites a gentle process toward calming the nervous system, aiding digestion, and enhancing energy. As we focus our intentions in ceremony using cacao, we access our depth and inner wisdom on a whole new level for loving transformation.
