Breathwork & Sound Integration
Breathwork is an active meditation using a two-part inhale of breath that will shift your body into the space of the sympathetic nervous system. This can help you release stuck emotions and allow you to gain clarity.
The benefits of breathwork are:
Releases anxiety and stress
Increases mental clarity
Improves sleep
Release past pains/traumas
Combining breath with the vibrations of the bowls and gong will allow for further integration as well as healing & harmony within our emotional and physical bodies.
We will start our practice with journaling, grounding, and setting an intention. Barb will then lead us into our conscious active breath pattern for 25 minutes where we will move emotional energy and release what no longer serves us. During our integration, Jenna Lee will play the sound bowls, allowing us to further heal and go on our journeys!
All you need is a yoga mat. No prior breathwork experience is needed.
