The Full Moon is a time of letting go of what is no longer needed to serve your journey for the month ahead. The Summer Solstice is a time of expressing our spiritual consciousness in full expansion by sharing and offering gratitude for abundance, manifestation, and the harnessing of new energy of the highest frequency.

I will guide the group through a reiki-infused yin yoga sequence to help release and settle any burning emotions and erratic energy that are interfering with your Summer rite of passage. This major transition into the new season forces us to experience our vigor for life by softening our energy and directing it through the right channels.

As we approach the final pose of the sequence and lean into our transformation, I will play the crystal sound bowls to provide a supportive sound healing journey to carry you through the crossing of the threshold of the unknown to then see the other side. A movement into your radiance and the next truest, most vibrant version of yourself using harmonic resonance.

The group will be provided journals to further reflect on the lessons of softening and their journey through the alignment experience. Allow yourself to align this Summer through this Yin & Sound event.
