Join Erica Onofrio & Jenna Lee Leahy for a Crystal Sound Bath and Reiki to celebrate the Full Moon! Jenna Lee will play the sound bowls and guide you through a full moon meditation while Erica gives individual Reiki to each participant.

Enjoy a guided Full Moon in Virgo meditation accompanied by the soothing and healing sounds of crystal singing bowls & reiki.

The quartz crystal bowls are attuned to each of the seven chakras to bring alignment and balance to the body’s energetic field.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that helps remove blockages in the energy field and creates space within for improved clarity, comfort, and calm.

The Full Moon is a time of letting go of what is no longer needed for the month ahead.

If you have been to a crystal bowl concert before, you will find this experience in particular quite unique as I will be your guide through deep meditation using the sound vibrations of the bowls.

If you have never been to an event like this before, you will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of relaxation and enjoyment that sound healing has to offer.

This is an evening to relax on your mat while absorbing the healing vibrations of crystal bowls & reiki as you open to illumination during this Full Moon phase. The meditation & reiki healing will focus on cultivating the positive traits of Virgo, aligning the body’s energy, accessing the light within, and a body scan.
